These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ac444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). By using any service provided through the ac444 website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

ac444 will not be held responsible for any unauthorized activity on an account resulting from the user's own negligence. However, if suspicious activity is detected, we may take steps to secure the account on our own initiative.

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at ac444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

• The correct amount and reference number must be provided when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is ৳800. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

All bonuses and promotional offers at ac444 are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms and conditions of each individual offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (deposit + bonus). This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds are not transferred to the main balance until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ac444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• VIP members will receive additional benefits according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8%.

5.3 Promotion Changes

ac444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses already issued before any change will remain subject to the terms in place at the time they were given.

All games on ac444 (casino, sports betting, live dealer, fishing games, etc.) are operated fairly and transparently. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game itself.

6.1 Fair Play

• The outcome of all games is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or via a live dealer.
• Any attempt to influence the normal outcome of a game using strategies or software is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, ac444 reserves the right to change odds at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ac444 will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, displaying an incorrect winning amount due to an error does not oblige us to pay that amount. In such situations, the decision of our technical team is final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event, and these are displayed in the game interface. Higher betting limits may become available as your VIP tier increases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac444 and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false information

• If a gaming session is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical interference
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway

• If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances

In any situation, ac444's maximum liability will be limited to the balance available in the user's account.

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

10.2 Closure at ac444's Initiative

ac444 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms

• Extended account inactivity (maximum 12 months)
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority

• Continued use of the service after amended terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may request closure of their account.
